A complete lockdown has been announced for the Nagpur City in Maharashtra in compliance with the rising corona cases throughout the state. Currently Pune, Nagpur, Thane, Mumbai, Amravati, Jalgaon, Nashik, and Aurangabad are the districts with the highest amount of COvid-19 cases throughout the country.
Curbs and restrictions have been implied on Pune and Nanded as well. The second wave of the virus is resulting in the rise of cases all over the nation. Mumbai too is on the brisk of having more restrictions soon. Maharashtra especially is seeing a huge spike in cases as compared to the end of 2020. Necessary precautions are recommended by the government to people and Maharashtra government has launched several campaigns such as ‘Mich Majha Rakshak’, ‘MAH Kasam” and more to spread awareness amongst people.
