Application Procedure: The Eligible candidates can apply for the post through the official website www.assamrifles.gov.in on or before 17 March 2019.

1.Online applications are invited from Indian National Male & Female both as prescribed in detail in advertisement to fill up 116 vacancies in Rifleman/ ice Riflewomen General Duty posts in the Assam Rifles against Meritorious Sportspersons Recruitment
Scheme.

2.Last date of receipt of applications for all candidates
is 17 Mar 2019. Please login to official website of the
Assam Rifles www.assamrifles.gov.in to access the E online Application Form. The online SERVER will start
functioning from 16 Feb 2019.

3. Eligibility Criteria. Age Limit, Education
9 Qualification, Qualitative Requirements, Relaxation in Age, Physical Standards etc. and other instructions are furnished in detailed advertisement available at official website of the Assam Rifles www.assamrifles.gov.in and Employment News dated 16 Feb 2018.

4. How to apply. Applications will be accepted through online mode only. To apply, fill up the online application by clicking on “ONLINE APPLICATION” option and follows the instructions given on the Online Application portal of the website. The online applications portal will remain functional till last date of submission of online Application Form.

5. Candidates to undergo Physical Standard Test (PST), Field Trials in respective sports and Medical Examination at own risk and expense. Injuries including fatal due to the test during recruitment rally and transit will not be compensated in any matter by the Govt orAssam Rifles.

6. Vacancies are tentative & may increase or decrease. The Assam Rifles has right to make any change in the
reasons.
